Our Flooring Services

Hardwood floor installation: We install solid hardwood flooring, including red oak and white oak in common widths and grades. New installation includes subfloor preparation, layout, nailing or stapling, and optional staining and finishing.
Sanding and refinishing: For existing hardwood floors that are worn, scratched, or dated, sanding and refinishing removes the old finish and surface damage, then applies new stain (optional) and protective finish coats. We use dust-control equipment during sanding to keep airborne dust to a minimum.
LVP and laminate: Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and laminate are practical options for areas where moisture or budget are concerns. We install floating and glue-down products with proper underlayment and transitions.
Engineered and prefinished hardwood: Engineered hardwood and prefinished solid hardwood offer factory-applied finishes and dimensional stability. We install these products according to manufacturer specifications.
Trim, baseboards, and stair work: We install baseboards, shoe molding, and thresholds to finish the edges of new floors, and we replace stair treads as part of flooring projects.
Tear-out and disposal: When replacing old flooring, we remove and dispose of existing carpet, laminate, or hardwood, and prepare the subfloor for the new installation.
